[Pitch sighs heavily and lifts his hand. Black sand swirls around it before he throws his hand up in a sweeping motion.

A steady stream of the sand flies into the air, across the top of the stage at the spot lights. With loud pops, the bulbs within them explode, the light from them disappearing. The sand loops back down to Pitch, which he makes disappear.]

I will do as I please, no matter what banter you throw at me.

Hey! Those are expensive! [ Megamind glances back, and then leans over to a brainbot. ] Make a note, order more bulbs...

And, what was that oil sands? That's gross and not environmentally sound. Are you some sort of fear-of-pollution bad guy? And you chose to operate in Michigan? Man...

No. It's dream sand. No oil involved. [Pitch glances back up at the alien, gesturing a hand back to his creatures.]

They're made of the same thing.

That's gross. You know we only have one planet. Trust me, they're hard to come by. [ Seriously, they're oil sands now even if they're not, Megamind will do this just to be a dick. ]

[Pitch sighs heavily, rolling his eyes. Oh Megamind, you were something else. The spirit waves his hand, his Nightmares collapsing into sand, to the ground, disappearing completely.]

Good thing I'm not exactly affected by what happens to the planet, then.

[He stares back up at the moon, seeing as how the event was over with, but he looks back out towards Metro City thoughtfully.]

How long have you been in Metro City?

Almost all my life. I grew up in Metrocity's Prison for the Criminally Gifted.

The inmates were allowed to do that?
