She's asking for action...does she not understand what will happen to her if she even attempts to do something? There is always punishment waiting for her. Yet...if Kaguya was strong enough to fight him off, kill him even.....

[ In a way, seeing Kagura grow braver was interesting. The miasma began blowing away, only to be replaced by the sight of several barbed tendrils shooting out of where Naraku's arm used to be; apparently, the part she hacked off had reattached itself to his body, only to be shapeshifted again. ]
