[Rihan had only been listening with half a ear on the conversation that had led him up the hill this night. Apparently a planet was passing by on the great sky. A perfect reason to drink some sake under the stars.]

[She was lucky--tonight, Naraku was gone. She didn't know where, or why, but she could take her guesses that he was having his night of weakness. How unfortunate. Not really. She had taken every precaution to go out--making sure Kanna didn't notice her absence, that's why he caught her last time, the bastard--and now, she was laying on the grass, staring up at the stars above. Normally, she'd greet the intrusion of personal time with a loud and angry "go away" or something, but tonight, she was much too deep in thought. Something interesting had appeared in the sky--perhaps it was a sign.]

[Well he did thought he felt the presence of a demon and it looked like he was right on that point. His own demon energy should be cloaked enough so he only felt like a human being.]

Good evening. I didn't expect a young lady to be here all alone.

Yo. [That's all he gets, and it's absent minded tone suggests she wasn't really paying attention.]

[He lets out a small chuckle. It didn't bother him if she didn't feel like talking. The original plan had been to be alone. He just sat down on the ground and took a sip from his bottle.]

Why are you here? Can't you find another place to sit? [Away from her? It made her feel like she was being watch, like that little sliver of freedom she was being given was being monitored or restricted.]

I'm sitting here because this is a good spot to watch the stars.
