[They're a bit of a way from home, but it's mostly because city lights make things harder to see. It's kind of a chilly night, but there isn't a cloud in the sky--all the easier for watching meteor showers.]

[ flynn is sitting next to him, knees drawn up to his chest as he stares up at the sky. he keeps stealing glances at yuri, though. somehow, he's always far more interesting. ]

So, what are you going to wish for?

[notveryknightly]

Dunno yet. You have anything in mind?

[He glances over as well, before looking back to the sky. There's a pause in between, where he slips off his jacket and drapes it over Flynn's shoulders.]

Yeah. I do.

[ flynn's cheeks warm, and a beat passes before he snuggles up closer to yuri, leaning against his side and closing the sliver of space between them. they aren't usually pda, but there's nobody else around. it's just the two of them. ]

[He grins and wraps an arm around Flynn's shoulders.]

Well? What is it, then?

[adhered]

It's a secret. It wouldn't come true if I told you! Everyone knows that.

[ he leans into yuri's hold, warm and content. this is nice. really nice. and just then, a shooting star dashes through the sky, so fast that if you blinked you would miss it.

no matter where our paths take us, i wish the two of us would be together forever. ]

... Heh. All right, then.

[Yuri actually had no intent on making a wish from the start; he just enjoys spending the time with Flynn.

He's more focused on Flynn than the sky, anyway.]

[ he turns his head to face him, meeting his gaze. he's grateful for the darkness - it hides the delicate pink staining his cheeks. ]

... If you're going to keep staring, then would you hurry up and kiss me already?

[And without a word in reply, Yuri leans in, pressing a kiss to Flynn's lips.]

[ flynn sighs contentedly and parts his lips slowly, tilting his head into the kiss as his eyes flicker closed. he takes one of yuri's hands in his, lacing their fingers together and squeezing. ]
